Beth Warren is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 12 years experience in a wide range of therapeutic settings. She currently maintains a private practice in Carrollton, TX.
Beth’s areas of expertise include: grief counseling, depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, ADHD and general life counseling. Her experience gained from previous work in industries such as social services, mental health, and education have uniquely equipped her to engage in a variety of roles ranging from direct client service and private practice to program direction and administration. Her therapy Christ-centered therapy focuses on taking preventative action to equip her clients to handle whatever challenge life brings them.
Education and Training
Beth completed her undergraduate at the University of Oklahoma in 1981 where she received a Bachelor’s of Science in Home Economics in Early Childhood Education. She worked as a teacher in both Oklahoma and Texas for 15 years. In 1999, she returned to graduate school to pursue her passion of becoming a counselor. In 2004 she graduated from Amberton University in Garland, Texas with a Masters of Arts in Counseling. In 2006 she was certified as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors.
